A seal is inserted after the second injection, and checks are required to ensure that the height is appropriate, as otherwise the seal may deteriorate, leading to leaks. Also, results will be inaccurate if cell positions are misaligned. The multi-point laser measurement with built-in images enables stable detection even when the cells are misaligned.

Proper adhesive application is required to maintain performance. If the adhesive runs out or loses adhesion, performance may be reduced. Stopping workpieces will not be necessary because gap detection can be carried out inline.
